To improve the management of requests, all meetings to be held with the Purchasing Department must be scheduled by telephone or e-mail at least one week in advance.

To improve co-ordination with partners, the general timetable for supplier support is in the morning from Tuesday to Friday.

Before a meeting can be schedules for presentation of products/services, a presentation of the relevant company must be sent by e-mail.
